The first one is a parking facility with a green wall partly submerged in the ground, which stands out as an important visual element and functions as a noise-absorbing feature. The apartment building itself is sectioned with panels that create a playful combination of a light façade and glazed areas. The walls are ornamented with protruding ledges, balconies, and terraces. All that makes Ahoj, Vanguard a place filled with life, playfulness, and lightness of being.
Friendly Neighborhood
In direct proximity to the complex, the construction of another structure is under way. The Vanguard Loft building is exceptional not only by its architectural design, but also thanks to the amenities the two projects will be sharing. The synergies provide unlimited opportunities that will be further enhanced by a tunnel connecting the two properties.
Built in a former fallout shelter, the available amenities include a spa & wellness zone with Finnish sauna and steam bath, and an 18-meter glazed swimming pool. For cooling down after sauna, there is a crushed ice fountain, showers, or buckets with cold water. The facility includes a relaxation room, massage couches, and whirlpools next to the swimming pool.
