How does it work

Verbal Reservation
After you decide to make a purchase, we will reserve the unit you select for a period of 48 hours.
- Preliminary Purchase Agreement Within three working days of signing the agreement, you will pay a 10% deposit of the purchase price. Within two months thereafter, the purchase agreement will be signed and the remaining 90% of the purchase price will be paid.

Purchase Agreement
The remaining 90% of the purchase price shall be paid after the signing of the purchase agreement, either from a loan or your own resources.
- Delivery The unit will be handed over once the full purchase price has been paid.
Information for Foreign Nationals
There are no restrictions limiting the sale of dwellings to foreign nationals from countries other than EU Member States. At present, private individuals from foreign countries may purchase dwellings in the Czech Republic.
