How does it work

Verbal Reservation
After you decide to make a purchase, we will reserve the unit you select for a period of 48 hours.
- Preliminary Purchase Agreement Within three working days after signing the Future Purchase Agreement, you will pay a deposit of 10% of the purchase price, and within three months you will pay an additional deposit of up to 10% of the purchase price.

Purchase Agreement
The remaining part of 80% of the purchase price will be paid after the signing of the purchase contract, using a loan or own resources.
- Delivery Your dwelling will be delivered no later than in 1Q 2025.
Information for Foreign Nationals
There are no restrictions limiting the sale of dwellings to foreign nationals from countries other than EU Member States. At present, private individuals from foreign countries may purchase dwellings in the Czech Republic.
